Phoenix Children's Hospital Community Health Needs Assessment 2019
As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) hospital, Phoenix Children’s conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years. The purpose of the CHNA is to identify and prioritize significant health needs of the community Phoenix Children’s serves. Priorities identified in this report help guide the hospital’s community health improvement programs and community benefit activities, as well as collaborative efforts with other organizations that share a mission to improve health.
